Today I am going to talk on anger management and how to take care of yourself
All of as at some times or other face situations that create a turmoil in out thinking it can be anything like a break up ,fight with family members or watch some road incidents that we cannot control all this leaves us helpless and we start feeling low and then that leads to anger . In the present day we have little in our control . everyone is not going to tolerate out anger and when this is not vented out w get frustrated that leads to more discomfort.
What I am going to share has not only helped me but also many of my patients whom I have counselled .when ever you are angry and you need to vent out all you need to do is to identify a person in your life who loves you without any motive who takes you as you are. This person will be the receiver of your anger you can pour out all your anger on this person who will take it without any fuss or grudge because he or she loves you so will understand it .but I must remind you that after some time has passed do not forget to tell that person how much you love and care her/her. Also do not experiment this on your family members because this may lead to misunderstandings,
